PRIVACY POLICY

There are many different ways you can use our services, during the course of using those services you share information with us for different reasons. As you use our services, we want to outline how any shared information will be used and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information to provide better services to all of our clients. When you contract Aeon for service we collect certain business and POC information such as names, mailing address, email address, telephone number or billing information. During the course of the agreement and for many different purposes we will collect and often report to you on the user of the contracted services, such as you bandwidth usage or number of user accounts added or removed from your account.
We may collect device specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, and device identifiers)

LOG INFORMATION
When you use our services we may automatically collect and store certain information regarding the server logs. This information includes data such as system/hardware crashes, system activity, and hardware settings.

DATA STORAGE
As part of your data center or hosted services you may store data and information (including personal information).

USE OF COLLECTED AND STORED INFORMATION
We use the information we collect from all of our services to provide, maintain, protect and improve them those services. The stored information is used only for the purposes of support and maintenance of services contracted with Aeon. Client’s data an information on private or shared platforms is never shared with other parties and remains the sole property of the client. We may use the name you provide for your Profile across all of the services we offer that require an Account Login. When you contact Aeon, we may keep a record of your communication to help solve any issues you.
